Connie Radcliff Burch Jr., 92, died December 10, 2020.

He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Elizabeth McCurdy Burch, and their daughter, Constance Elizabeth Burch.

He was born and raised in Buena Vista. After retiring from Burlington Industries, he went to work as a door greeter at Walmart where he was known for his charm and bright-colored sports jackets.

He attended New Monmouth Presbyterian Church, where he was a deacon and a member of the choir.

In Rockbridge Baths, where he lived for over 50 years, he was known for his healthy garden where he spent many hours.

"In lieu of any type of service or donations, please just continue to love your neighbor, spread joy as Connie did and always be kind," said a family member.

Arrangements were by Harrison Funeral Home & Crematory.
