Obituary for Jamie Marie Fontenot Jamie Marie Fontenot
Ronceverte Resident Dies At Age 41

Jamie Marie Fontenot, 41, of Ronceverte, West Virginia, died suddenly but peacefully on December 26, 2020 at her home.

Born on March 17, 1979 at Ronceverte, she was the daughter of William Joseph Verdine and Arlene Frances Loudermilk Verdine.

Jamie was of the Baptist faith.

She truly enjoyed her job at Rescare, loved spending time with family especially her children and watching the New Orleans Saints. She was a kindhearted person, loved making memories and would go out of her way to help people.

Her peaceful place was at Grandma and Grandpa Loudermilk's home and one of her main joys was Dillon, Dakota and Mela Adkins.

Those left to cherish her memory are her mother, Arlene Verdine Bryant and husband, Tom of Ronceverte; father, William Joseph Verdine of Wesley Chapel, Fl.; daughter, Dakota Fontenot at home; son, Dillon Humphries of Jennings, Louisiana; sisters, Jennifer (Mark) Richardson of Orlando, FL, Amy Bauman of Covington, VA.; brothers, William "Joey" (Jessica) Verdine, II of Lake Wells, FL, Andy Wheeler of Blacksburg, VA and her husband, Brandon Fontenot.

Services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, December 31, 2020 at Wallace & Wallace Chapel, Rainelle with Mr. Joey Verdine officiating.

Burial will follow at Church of Christ Cemetery, Loudermilk Road, Clintonville. Friends may visit with the family from 12:00 until time of service at the funeral chapel.
