Thessalonia Lee Mack, 98, of Lexington, Virginia, died Monday, January 11, 2021 at The Springs Nursing Center in Hot Springs.

Born December 8, 1922 in Lexington, she was a daughter of Charles Lee and Nancy Richardson Lee.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William Mack Jr.; daughter, Theresa King; and granddaughter, Terry Mack.

Mrs. Mack was a member of the First Baptist Church and in her younger years was an opera singer with the National Black Opera.

Surviving are her son, William Mack III; three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

A service will be held at a later date.
