Kathryn Sue (Susie) Arritt, 70, of Catawba, Virginia, died Sunday February 7, 2021 at her residence.

Mrs. Arritt Was October 13, 1950 in Alleghany County.

She was the daughter of the late Roy "Buck" Arritt and Marie Fox Whitehead.

Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Jason Ross, and a brother, Michael Arritt.

Susie retired from the U. S. Postal Service as a Postmaster with thirty-four years of service. Also she was a member of the Postmaster league.

Surviving is her husband, Jesse Cornelius of Catawba; a son, Michael Ross; a granddaughter, Tyler Ross; and Brandon Morris of Catawba, who she treated like a grandson; one brother, Jeff Arritt of Richmond; one sister, Reva Campbell of Vinton; and an aunt, Mary Jane Spencer and her husband, Mike of Covington.

In keeping with her wishes her body has been cremated.

A service will be at later date.
