Raymond Wayne Boone, Sr., 76, of N. Chesterfield, Virginia (formerly of Covington, Virginia) passed away on Friday, February 12, 2021.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Kyle and Frances Bostic Boone; brother, Kyle Boone, Jr.; sisters, Mary Boone and Bonnie Boone; and his daughter, Rebecca Boone.

He is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Peggy Boone; son, Raymond Boone II; brother, David Boone; and sister, Phyllis Custer; as well as numerous extended family and friends.

Raymond was a U. S. Army veteran, serving during the Vietnam War.

He retired from Dominion Energy after more than 30 years of service. A memorial service will be held at later date. Condolences may be registered online at www.jtmorriss.com.
