Pearl Irene Honaker, 86, of White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia, passed away Monday, April 5, 2021 at Stonerise – Lewisburg.

Born October 18, 1934 in Hollywood, WV, she was the daughter of the late Bertie Edgar and Clara Thelma McDowell White.

Irene was of the Pentecostal faith.

She was retired from The Greenbrier as a Housekeeping Supervisor.

Irene loved to read and garden.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, James Franklin Riffle Sr.; brothers, Myles and Junior White and a sister, Marie Igo.

Survivors include her loving husband of forty-two years, David Earl Honaker; sons, Steven Lee Riffle of Pigeon, WV and Timothy Riffle of White Sulphur Springs, WV; daughters, Donna Smith (Charles) of La Crosse, VA and Belinda Arbogast of White Sulphur Springs, WV; sisters, Mildred Mines of White Sulphur Springs, WV and Mattie White of South Hill, VA; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren, several nieces, and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 noon, Thursday, April 8, 2021 at the Morgan Funeral Home Chapel, 252 Montvue Drive, Lewisburg, WV with Jimmy Banton officiating. Burial will follow in Greenbrier Memorial Gardens, Lewisburg, WV.

Visitation will be one hour prior to the service, Thursday at the funeral home.

We will be following COVID-19 regulations and require all guests wear a mask and maintain social distancing.
