Carl Anthony Rowan, 64, of 2574 Prices Bluff Road, Eagle Rock, Virginia, died Saturday, May 15, 2021 at his residence.

Mr. Rowan was born December 29, 1956 in Clifton Forge.

Carl worked at the former Mizzy Plant in Cliftondale Park.

He loved his children, his grandson, "Goomer", and his cats.

In keeping with his wishes his body has been cremated.

Surviving are his wife of 31 years, Pauline Kitt Rowan of Eagle Rock; his children, Megan Rowan, Robert Clark, both of Eagle Rock, and Crystal McKenney and husband, Jonathan; a grandson, Dakota "Goomer" McKenney, all of Clifton Forge, and his furbabies.

A private service will be held at a later date.

The funeral arrangements are being handled by Arritt Funeral Home.
