Mary Helen Huffman Hamilton, 91, of Buena Vista, Virginia, passed away Saturday, May 22, 2021.

She was born in Rockbridge County on July 25, 1929, the daughter of the late Harry Huffman and Mary Agnor Huffman.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Levi Hamilton Sr.; and five brothers and five sisters.

She was a member of Buena Vista Baptist Church.

She is survived by two daughters, Debra H. Coleman (David) and Robin H. Thompson (Roy); three sons, Roy Levi Hamilton Jr., James C. Hamilton and Daniel T. Hamilton (Elaine); eight grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Thursday, May 27 at Rockbridge Memorial Gardens by Dr. Ron Gravatt.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Buena Vista Baptist Church.

Arrangements are being handled by Bolling, Grose, & Lotts Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
