Victoria (Vicky) Leigh Franklin Moore of Low Moor, Virginia, went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ May 30, 2021.

Vicky was born June 19, 1957.

Vicky loved her family, her animals and fishing. She enjoyed a simply, quiet life. Her dogs were her most valued treasures.

Vicky was proceeded in death by her husband, James (Jimmy) Moore and her parents, Donald and Jackie Ross Franklin.

She leaves behind her dog children, Lucy and Little Man; her son, Joey Robinson and wife, Amanda; two grandchildren, Melody and Brennon; four sisters, Donita Franklin, Lisa Black and husband, Rick, Sue Higgins and husband, Timmy, Betsy Rogers and husband, Walter; a brother, Ashby Franklin and Reecie Elmore; two aunts, Norma Dressler, Nancy Kilian and husband, Gary; an uncle, CA Ross and wife, Linda; and many more adored nieces, nephews and cousins.

There will be a celebration of life gathering for close family and friends at a later date.
