Carol Ann Staton, 71, of Buena Vista, Virginia, died Thursday, May 27, 2021 at Envoy of Staunton Senior Living.

Born June 18, 1949 in Lexington, she was a daughter of the late Elmer Gordon Staton Sr. and Virginia Odell Stanley Staton.

Surviving are her siblings, Charlene S. Wilson (Johnny), Gordon Staton Jr. (Linda) and Milton Wayne Staton.

A graveside service will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, June 2 at Green Hill Cemetery with Pastor Gordon Staton officiating.
