William Oliver Fridley, Jr., age 40, of Covington, Virginia passed away on Friday, July 16, 2021.

He was born December 5, 1980 in Alleghany County to the late William Oliver Fridley, Sr., and Tara Lynn Reid Agner.

He was a self-employed contractor throughout his life.

In keeping with his wishes, his body has been cremated. A memorial service will be held at a later date.

The Nicely Funeral Home, Clifton Forge, handled the arrangements.
