Randall Lee Tinsley, age 26, of 2718 Auburn Street, Low Moor, Virginia died Monday, August 9, 2021 in Low Moor.

Randy was born December 2, 1994 in Alleghany County, Virginia to Ricky Randall Tinsley and Teresa Snyder Tinsley.

He was a laborer for Union Church Mill Works.

He was an avid outdoorsman and loved fishing, hunting, and riding and working on four wheelers.

He was preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Howard and Clennie Bell Tinsley; maternal grandfathers, Rusty Snyder and Rodney "PawPaw" Hale; three aunts, Virginia Smith, Susan Dunbar, and Drema Buzzard; and an uncle, James Tinsley.

He is survived by his parents, Ricky Tinsley and Teresa Tinsley; a brother, Aaron Thompson and wife, Kendra of Rupert, WV; a special cousin (a.k.a. his "little sister"), Ashley Broughman; his grandmother, Joyce B. Hale; a special aunt, Victoria "Bonk" Broughman; other aunts and uncles, Minnie Slayton, Travis Snyder, Bobby Hippert and wife, Terrie, Cynthia Nuckols, Roger Tinsley and wife, MaryAnn, and Howard Tinsley and wife, Rosetta; a special family member, Richard Kitt and wife, Shirley; a number of cousins; and his special furry companion, Cricket.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 12, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Nicely Funeral Home, Clifton Forge, with Mr. Chris Fisher officiating. Interment will follow in Alleghany Memorial Park, Low Moor.

Pallbearers will be Austin Clark, Dillon Dunbar, Zach Shepard, Billy Broughman, Bobby Broughman, Jared Hippert, Taylor Hippert, and Jason Wolfe. Honorary pallbearers will be Jason "Doc" Broughman and Charlie Dunbar.

The family will receive friends on Thursday afternoon from 12:00 noon until the time of service at Nicely Funeral Home, Clifton Forge, and other times at "Doc" and Renee's residence, 2602 Egbert Street, Low Moor, VA.
