Beverly Ann Friend Lamb, age 74, of 612 Church Street, Clifton Forge, Virginia died Monday, August 16, 2021 at LewisGale Hospital – Alleghany in Low Moor.

Beverly was born November 23, 1946 in Baltimore, Maryland to the late Frank Edward Friend and Mildred Louise Laudermilk Friend and was a retired factory laborer from Baltimore.

In addition to her parents, Beverly was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Chapman Lamb; three daughters, Rebecca, Ruby, and Patty; and a brother and sister.

She is survived by her children, Sandra D. Conlin and husband, Nathan, Teresa Marie Harold, Linda Sue Mace, Libby Alcantara, Richard Monroe Caldwell, Jr. and wife, Ginger, Frank Edward Caldwell and wife, Tammy, Charles Halsey and wife, Susan, and special son, Michael Caldwell; as well as a number of grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 19, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Nicely Funeral Home, Clifton Forge, with Reverend Marion Sartore officiating. Interment will immediately follow in Alleghany Memorial Park, Low Moor.

The family will receive friends on Thursday morning from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at Nicely Funeral Home.
