Larry Wayne Clark passed away peacefully on September 21, 2021 at the age of 65 in Roanoke, Virginia.

Larry was born in Lexington on September 21, 1956 to Harry Custis Clark and Jessie Morris Clark of Collierstown.

Larry spent his life in Collierstown, surrounded by beloved friends and family.

In addition to his loving parents, Larry was preceded in death by his brother, Don Clark, and niece, Elizabeth "Libby" Painter.

He is survived by his companion of 42 years, Vicki Jo Nicely, also of Collierstown, and their daughter, Jodi Rebecca Clark (fiancé, David Williams); four grandchildren, Catherine "Chy" Williams, David "Lil D" Williams, Dylan Williams, and Sophie Williams of Lexington, along with daughters, Jeanne Nicely Staton and Cheryl Nicely Clark (husband, David "Davy" Clark Jr.); two grandchildren, Dakota "Cody" Clark (fiancée, Julie Moore; and great grandsons, Emmett Clark, and Devin Clark of Collierstown. Also surviving are his brother, David Clark (wife, Nancy); sisters, Linda Painter (husband Junior), Dana Rhodenizer (husband Bradley), and Patricia Clark, along with many nieces and nephews.
