Eugene Richard Milliner, 80, of Buena Vista, Virginia, passed away Monday, October 4, 2021 at his residence.

Born December 10, 1940 in Rockbridge County, he was the son of the late Aylette Milliner.

Surviving is his son, Richie Milliner and wife, Amy; his daughter, Angela Andrews and husband, David; two grandchildren, Brandy Wilkerson and husband, Jason, and Amanda Andrews; five great-grandchildren, Seirra, Nathanal "Bubbie," Cory, Brooklynn and Shanan; siblings, Edna Milliner, Dennis "Doc" Williams, Tammy Blanks, and Debbie Horne; special brother-in-law, Gordy Wheeler, and sister-in-law, Doris Wheeler.

A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m., Friday, October 8 at Green Hill Cemetery with the Pastor Roger Smith officiating.

Arrangements are being handled by Bolling, Grose, & Lotts Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
