Troy Franklin Potter, age 43, of Victoria, Virginia, went to join his mother, Lou Potter, and his grandparents, Iona Potter and Lloyd Potter Sr., in heaven on October 25, 2021.

He was an EMS provider, serving multiple counties for over 25 years. He always enjoyed returning to his original home in Collierstown to work on the family farm.

He was preceded in death by W. B. and Polly Zollman; and uncle, Joe Spinkle.

He is survived by his children, Adelynn Lou and Hunter Cole; his fiancé, Cierra Fuller; his father, Billy Potter; sister, Corrie Potter Ceraolo (Brian); his nieces, Emili and Allie, and his nephew, Tyler; his uncles, Lloyd Potter Jr. and Hope Zollman; his aunts, Lillian Lawrence (Joe) and Betty Sprinkle; his lifelong friend, Brad Zollman (Emily) and their children; and a host of friends throughout the U.S.

A celebration of life will be held November 13 at 1 p.m. at the Effinger firehouse.
