Robert Gilmer Hall, 85, of Raphine, Virginia, died Thursday, October 28, 2021 at Blue Ridge Christian Home.

Born August 4, 1936 in Pulaski, he was a son of the late Gilmer Jackson Hall and Elva Arnold Bernhard.

He was of the Baptist faith, and a mechanic who owned and operated his own service station.

Surviving are his wife, Rosa Hall; children, Charles Hall and Garry Hall; four grandchildren, Joshua Hall, Matthew Hall, Cory Hall and Kyle Hall; and four great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held at 3 p.m. Monday, November 1 at Mt. Carmel Presbyterian Cemetery with the Rev. John Tilley officiating.
