Sandra Kay Lephew, 55, of Lewisburg, West Virginia, passed away on Tuesday, November 9, 2021 at Greenbrier Valley Medical Center.

She was born January 24, 1966, she was the daughter of Alvin Hoke and step-father Bruce Perkins and her mother, the late Dale Perkins.

Sandie had worked several years in the beverage department at the Greenbrier Hotel.

She enjoyed spending time with her pets, going to thift stores and yard sales.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Chuck Lephew in 2015.

Sandie is survivied by two sons, Heath Lephew (Bethany) of Lindside and Garrett Lephew (Alexis) of Mississippi; daughter, Jennifer Long (Chad) of Frankford; grandchildren, Emmett, Ryker, Avery, Kylie, Chloe; great granddaughter, Addisyn; sister, Pat Hubbard (Charlie) of Gap Mills; brothers, Kenny Hoke of Ronceverte and Jordan Hoke of Second Creek; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Sandie will have services in the near future.

The Wallace & Wallace Funeral Home handled the arrangements.
