Tony Daryl Leslie, 67, of Lexington, Virginia, passed away on Wednesday, November 10, 2021 at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital from Lewy Body Dementia.

He was born on June 23, 1954 in Rockbridge County to Robert and Marian Leslie.

Tony loved his family, was a helpful, hardworking, gentle soul, and quiet man of few words. He took pride in his home, keeping his yard well-maintained and a clean house. Anyone who knew Tony knew that he was a kind and caring person. Until his health condition made it impossible, Tony worked for Leslie Construction, a family business for 43 years.

He is lovingly remembered by his two daughters, Ashley Cochran and husband, Mike, and Mallory Kilgore and husband, Ben; five grandchildren, Carter and Charlotte Cochran, and Eleanor, Henry and Fletcher Kilgore; his brother, Vincent Leslie and wife, Mitsy; two nephews, Derek Leslie and wife, Kasey, and Chris Leslie and wife, Amy; great-niece, Emma Leslie; and great nephews, Wyatt, Walt, Sawyer and Robert Leslie. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends and all who knew him.

Tony is preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Marian Leslie.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, November 19 at Rockbridge Memorial Gardens.

Funeral arrangements are being handled by Harrison's Funeral Home.
