Daryl Wayne Curtis, age 60, of 4209 Forty-Two Road, Clifton Forge, Virginia died Tuesday, November 23, 2021 at his residence.

Daryl was born June 28, 1961 in Clifton Forge to Doris Vernell Mays Curtis and the late Donald Preston Curtis.

He served in the Virginia National Guard for ten years, and worked at Dana Corporation of Buena Vista.

Daryl was a member of the Lone Star Advent Christian Church, and he loved his step-grandchildren, Hunter and Lennox.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his brother, Glenn Curtis.

He is survived by his wife, Melissa Seldomridge Curtis of Clifton Forge; three brothers, Michael Curtis and his wife, Roxana, Jerry Curtis and his wife, Kay, and Jeff Curtis, all of Clifton Forge; a host of nieces and nephews; and special friends, Patrick Lopez and Rick Deeds.

A graveside funeral service will be held on Friday, November 26, 2021 at 10:30 a.m. in Central Advent Christian Cemetery, Clifton Forge, with Reverend Doug Moore officiating. There will be no visitation.
