Nina Rae Morrison, 81, of Iron Gate, Virginia, passed away on Friday, December 31, 2021 at the Brian Center in Low Moor, Virginia.

Nina was born December 29, 1940 at Sunlight, West Virginia, the daughter of John Mack and Edna Stanley Ray.

She was a homemaker and CNA at the Brian Center.

In addition to her parents, Nina was preceded in death by her husband, Archie; son, Johnlee; three daughters, Carolyn, Donna and Bobbie Jo; three grandsons, two brothers, David and John Ray, and a sister, Shirley Skiles.

She leaves behind a son, Charles and wife, Debbie of Iron Gate, Virginia; grandsons, David and wife, Ada and Lee Morrison, all of Iron Gate, VA; and granddaughter, Kimberly Cooper of Clifton Forge, VA, sister, Elizabeth Ray Canada and husband, David of White Sulphur Springs, WV; and several great grandchildren; two nieces, April Palmer and Janet Gordon of Dayton, OH.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 noon, Wednesday, January 5, 2022 at the Morgan Funeral Home Chapel, 252 Montvue Drive, Lewisburg, WV. Burial will follow in the Morningside Cemetery, Renick, WV. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service, Wednesday at the funeral home.
