James (Jim) Calvin Stoner, 70, of Lexington, Virginia, passed away Friday, February 18, 2022.

Born June 9, 1951 in Lexington, he was the son of the late Calvin R. "Booster" Stoner and Mildred Mae Goodwin Stoner.

Surviving are his wife, Terri-Terrell Stoner; son, Alistaire McKemy; daughter, Shannon Jones; brother, Randy Stoner (Brenda); sister, Judy Shafer; niece, Tammy Knick and nephew, Wesley R. Shafer.

He will be remembered for his love of hunting, fishing and the outdoors.

The family will be having a private service at a later date.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Rockbridge Area Hospice, 315 Myers Street, Lexington, VA 24450.

Arrangements are being handled by Bolling, Grose, & Lotts Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
