Billy Joe Ratliff, 56, of Frankford, West Virginia, passed away on Sunday night, March 27, 2022 at his home surrounded by love and family.

Born on June 19, 1965 in Beckley, he was the son of the late Willie Wesley Ratliff and Florence Kathleen Comuzzi Ratliff.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by two sisters, Donna Kay Ratliff and Vallina Ratliff.

Billy Joe lived life to the fullest. He loved his family, Greenbrier West, hunting, fishing, and golf.

Billy Joe was a local legend. He loved the Lord and was a man of God.

Those left to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Brandy Ratliff; children, Heather (Chris) Bennett, Brittany (Earl) Nicely, Katelyn (Keldon) Winfrey, Kensley Shannon and Peyton (Alexis) Brown; grandchildren, Gracie, Annabelle, Iralee, Magdalene, Eliana, Hadlee, Terrence, Wrenlee and Hollyn; sister, Angie (Rodney) Amick; brothers, Donald (Betty) Ratliff and Willie (Linda) Ratliff, Jr. He is also survived by extended family and a host of friends.

Services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, April 2, 2022 at Grace Bible Church, Asbury with Pastor Mike Teubert officiating. Burial will follow at Wallace Memorial Cemetery, Clintonville.

Friends may visit at the church on Friday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m.
