Robert Edwin (Bobby) McClung, 68, of Lewisburg, West Virginia, passed away April 21, 2022 at Lewis Gale Medical Center in Salem, Virginia.

Bobby was born June 19, 1953 at Ronceverte, the son of the late Edwin and Margaret Thrasher McClung.

Bobby worked at Kroger for many years and was currently employed at UTC Aerospace Systems in Union.

Other than his parents, Bobby was preceded in death by a brother, Gene McClung.

Survivors include his daughter, Lindsey Lyon and her husband, Greg of Charleston, SC; sister, Jill McClung of Williamsburg; brothers, Ralph McClung and John McClung, both of Williamsburg, special cousin, Janice Hatfield of Mt. Morris, PA, and several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service for Bobby will be 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 28, 2022 at the Andrew Chapel Cemetery in Williamsburg with Pastor Stephen Baldwin officiating.

There will be no visitation.
