Charlotte Wilson Campbell, 91, of Buena Vista, Virginia, passed away Monday, April 25, 2022 at Skyline Nursing & Rehab Center in Floyd.

Born March 18, 1931 in Rockbridge County, she was the daughter of the late Daniel Jobie Wilson and Grace Cash Wilson.

Charlotte was a member of Peoples Baptist Church and then attended First Brethren Church.

She was a teacher's aide for her special students in the Buena Vista Cty School System.

She was also preceded in death by daughter-in-law, Debrah Campbell; siblings, Arnold Thorton Wilson, Earnestine Wilson Ceary, Paul Stanley Wilson, Irene Wilson Rogers, Dilbert Lee Wilson, Doris Wilson Towler, Jackie Wayne Wilson, Robert Andrew Wilson, and Lawrence Coleman Wilson.

Surviving are her sons, Daniel J. Campbell (Kimberly) and Darrell G. Campbell; grandchildren, Bailey Campbell, Chase Campbell, Megan Campbell, and Kaylan McDowell (Ben); great-granddaughter, Norah McDowell; great-grandson, Grant McDowell; sister, Joyce Wilson Simpson; special niece, Mary Ann Childress; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday, April 29 at Rockbridge Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Mike Hamilton officiating.

Arrangements are being handled by Bolling, Grose, & Lotts Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
