Larry Allen Buchanan, 57, of Natural Bridge, passed away on Thursday, March 30, 2006.

Larry was born in St. Mary's County, Maryland, to the late Jonathan Winfield (JW) and Ruby Frances Fuller Buchanan.

He was a Vietnam veteran serving in the U.S. Navy.

He owned and operated WSI, an internet consulting and education firm.

Surviving family members include his wife, Nancy Hamrick Buchanan; daughter, Jennifer Buchanan of Austin, Texas; stepsons, Randy, Paul, and Charlie Owen; brothers and sisters-in-law, Bill and Martha Buchanan of Raleigh, NC, Richard and Irene Buchanan of Virginia Beach; four aunts; one uncle; two nieces; and numerous cousins.

Memorial services will be held at 4 p.m. Saturday, April 1, 2006 in the Lexington Presbyterian Church with Dr. William Klein officiating. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the University of Virginia Cancer Center, P. O. Box 800334, Charlottesville, VA. 22908. The family will receive friends at the church Saturday from 3 p.m. to the time of the service.
