Theodore John Nicholas II, 75, of Lexington, died Saturday, April 8, 2006 in the Roanoke Memorial Hospital.

Mr. Nicholas was born on April 16, 1930 in Lexington, a son of the late Theodore John Nicholas and Bessie Bowles Nicholas.

He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Lexington and was preceded in death by his wife, Della Ann Morris Nicholas.

Mr. Nicholas is survived by four children: Annette N. Bullen, Teresa Nicholas Alexander, both of Lexington; Sondra Lee Nicholas of Parkville, MD; Theodore John Nicholas, III of Philadelphia; three stepchildren: Debra S. Law of Newport News, Charles E. Siren and Sheila S. Stanley, both of Hampton; 13 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

Graveside services will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, April 11, 2006 in the Evergreen Cemetery with Rev. Edward R. Shambry, Jr. officiating.

The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. Monday at the Harrison Funeral Home & Crematory, Lexington.
