Obituary for Mary Kyle Wines Claytor Mary Kyle Wines Claytor
Retired From Burlington Industries After 25 Years Of Service

Mary Kyle Wines Claytor, 91, of Glasgow, died Thursday, April 27, 2006 in the Stonewall Jackson Hospital in Lexington.

Mrs. Claytor was born on May 3, 1914 in Rockbridge County, a daughter of the late Guilford L. Wines and Florence Camden Wines.

She was a member of the Glasgow Baptist Church and was retired from Burlington Industries with 25 years of service.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Theodore Claytor; a son, Curtis W. Claytor; two infant sons; 4 brothers, 1 sister and 2 great grandchildren.

Mrs. Claytor is survived by seven children: Helen C. Cash, Virginia R. Wells, both of Glasgow; Dennis M. Claytor of West Point; Eddie H. Claytor of Glasgow; Eleanor C. Snider of Waynesboro; Sandra C. Emore of Glasgow; 15 grandchildren and 29 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Saturday, April 29, 2006 at the Harrison Funeral Chapel with Rev. William Thomas and Rev. Tim Osment officiating.

Burial will follow in the Rockbridge Memorial Gardens. The family suggests memorial contributions be made to a charity of choice. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Friday at the Harrison Funeral Home & Crematory, Lexington.
