Obituary for Ruby Marguerite White Ogden Ruby Marguerite White Ogden
She Was A Member Of The Falling Spring Presbyterian Church

Ruby Marguerite White Ogden, 81, of Glasgow, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, July 5, 2006.

Mrs. Ogden was born on December 21, 1924 in Charleston, WV and was a daughter of the late Samuel Clarence White and Ester Gillespie White.

She was a member of the Falling Spring Presbyterian Church and was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Vaughn Ogden; one son, Henry V. Ogden, Jr.; two brothers, Rodney White, Carl O. White; and one sister, Thelma Ireland.

Mrs. Ogden is survived by one daughter, Brenda O. Jenkins and husband, Eddie; two sons, Larry W. Ogden, Timothy K. Ogden; three grandchildren, Stephen Flint, Tammy Hernandez, Jennifer Jenkins; six great-grandchildren, Brittany, Brooke, Fernando, Miguel, Matthew, Dylan; two sisters, Dorothy Swann of Chicago, IL, Gloria Jean Rhodenizer of Staunton; and two brothers, James White of Buena Vista and Rudell White of Lexington.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Saturday, July 8, 2006 at the Falling Spring Presbyterian Church with Rev. Brian D. Weger officiating. Burial will follow in the Falling Spring Presbyterian Cemetery.

The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Falling Spring Presbyterian Church, 410 Falling Spring Road, Glasgow, VA 24555; Alzheimer's Association, 1807 Seminole Trail, Charlottesville, VA 22901; or Glasgow First Aid Crew, P.O. Box 421, Glasgow, VA 24555.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the Harrison Funeral Home & Crematory, Lexington.
