Obituary for Edward D. Dudley Edward D. Dudley
Worked With Whiting Oil & P.M. Transport For 47 Years

Edward D. Dudley passed away September 6, 2006 at Daleville.

He was born July 28, 1930 in Charlottesville, a son of the late Lula Miller and John Elmer Dudley.

He is survived by his lovely wife of 55 years, Susie Toman Dudley; one son, Glenn E. Dudley and his wife Andrea of Roanoke; two grandchildren: Richard Dudley of Lexington and Katie Dudley of Roanoke; one brother, Harry B. Dudley of Tucson, AZ.

Mr. Dudley was a member of the Ebenezer Methodist Church and the Lexington Moose Lodge. Mr. Dudley served in the Korean Conflict and was cited for being highly instrumental in mechanics.

Mr. Dudley was employed by Whiting Oil Co. and P. M. Transport for 47 years.

Graveside services will be held Saturday, September 9, 2006 at 11 a.m. at the Rockbridge Memorial Gardens with Rev. Bill Bearden officiating.

Arrangements are being handled by the Harrison Funeral Home & Crematory, Lexington.
