Barbara Anne Beverly, 68, of Staunton died Wednesday, September 20, 2006 at the UVA Hospital. Born July 25, 1938 in Rockbridge County, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Pearl Silvey.
She had been employed by Little DebbieÕs. Her husband, Carl Beverly, preceded her in death.
Surviving are her children, Randy Beverly, Mike Beverly, Paul Beverly, and Mark Beverly, all of Athens, Tennessee; a daughter, Judy Huffman of Buena Vista; stepchildren, Lewis Noell and Phyllis Noell of Madison Heights, and Gertrude Noell of Buena Vista; 15 grandchildren and one great grandchild; and a sister, Libby Marks of Staunton.
The funeral service was held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, September 23, 2006 at the Lomax Funeral Home Chapel with burial following in the Glasgow Cemetery. The family received friends Friday, 6 to 8 p.m. at Lomax Funeral Home. Lomax Funeral Home handled the arrangements.
