Obituary for Mary-Louise (Holstein) McClung Mary-Louise (Holstein) McClung
Served As A Deacon, Elder And On The Session Board Of Bethesda Prebysterian Church

Mary-Louise (Holstein) McClung, of Rockbridge Baths, died Tuesday, September 26, 2006.

She was born in Roanoke, a daughter of the late Honorable Paul Albert Holstein and Anne Elizabeth (Widdifield) Holstein.

She was a member of Bethesda Presbyterian Church, where she served as deacon, elder and on the session board. She was graduated from Lexington High School, Mt. Vernon College, and James Madison University.

Mrs. McClung is the last surviving member of her immediate family.

She is survived by two daughters, Kathryn Isabella King and her husband, Joseph W. of Virginia Beach, and Elisabeth Widdifield James, and her husband, Edward S. of Jacksonville, FL; a son, J. Kendall McClung III of Rockbridge Baths.

Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, September 29, 2006 in Green Hill Cemetery with the Rev. David A. Dickerson officiating.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society.
