Nathan Neil Flack, 35, of White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia, passed away unexpectedly on April 15, 2025, at his residence.

He was born May 14, 1989, in Low Moor, Virginia, to Willard and Cindy Perkins Flack.

Nathan loved playing the guitar and was the owner and operator of Flack's Body Shop.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Quinlan and Betty Perkins, and his paternal grandparents, Eddie and Elsie Flack.

Those left to cherish Nathan's memory are his parents, Willard and Cindy Flack; brother, Chris Perkins; special uncles, Bruce Perkins and David Perkins (Bettina); uncle Jeff Perkins (Donna); aunts, Sue Long (Rusty), Karen Garris (Norman), Kathy King (David); Shirley Porterfield and Mary Wilson; niece, Paxton Perkins; cousins, Donald Buckley Jr. (Sandy) and Sherry Ryder (Keith); very special friend, Rodney Wickline, with whom he played music.

Abiding by Nathan's wishes, there will be no services.

The Wallace & Wallace Funeral Home handled the arrangements.
