Earl Roberts, 84, of Buena Vista, died Sunday, November 26, 2006.

He was born September 23, 1922 in Amherst County, a son of thelate Robert Roberts and Tessie Branam Roberts.

Mr. Roberts is survived by two sons: Clemeth Roberts and wife, Mary and Eason Roberts and wife, Karen; four grandchildren; several great grandchildren; and a brother, Ben Roberts of Buena Vista.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Rockbridge Area Hospice, 129 s. Randolph St., Lexington, VA 24450. A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesay, November 29, 2006 at the Green Hill Cemetery with Rev. Dean Staton officiating. The family will receive friends from 6-7 p.m. Tuesday, November 28, 2006 at the Bolling, Grose & Lotts Funeral Home & Crematory Service, Buena Vista.
