Rebecca S. Hill, 79, originally of Rockbridge County, Virginia, died Thursday, November 30, 2006.
Mrs. Hill was preceded in death by her husband, Roy McCoy Hill; and one daughter, Joy D. Hill.
Mrs. Hill is survived by two daughters: Judith D. Hill of Manassas, VA and Jennifer D. Dixon of Edgewater, FL; and three grandchildren.
Also surviving are two sisters: May Worley and Ruby Shafer, both of Lexington, VA; and one brother, Carroll Saunders, orginally from Rockbridge County.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Human Society, 2364 West LPGA Boulevard, Daytona Beach, Florida, 32124.
A funeral service will be conducted by the Rev. W. David Bain at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, December 6, 2006 at the Harrison Funeral Chapel.
Arrangements are being handled by the Harrison Funeral Home & Crematory in Lexington, Virginia.
