Edna Irene Ferguson, 86, of Natural Bridge, died Sunday, December 24, 2006.

She was a daughter of the late elmer Brenard Ferguson and Glennie Watkins Ferguson.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers: Mary Ferguson, Curtis Ferguson and Oliver Ferguson; a sister, Frances Manspile.

Miss Ferguson was retired from Burlington Industries after 37 years of service.

She was a member of the Natural Bridge Baptist Church.

She is survived by a brother, Richard C. Ferguson and his wife, Frances, of Glasgow; a number of nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews; great great nieces and nephews; and great great great nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, December 28, 2006 at the Natural Bridge Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. William Thomas and Rev. Randy Smith officiating. Those desiring may visit any time at the Harrison Funeral Home & Crematory, Lexington, Virginia.
