Clifton Forge Resident, Retired Lear Corporation Machinist, Dies At Age 61
Vicky Lynn Linthicum Wilmer, age 61, of Clifton Forge, Virginia, died Friday, January 16, 2026 at her residence.
She was born February 29, 1964 in Clifton Forge, Virginia, to the late Forrest Roshell Linthicum and Virginia Sue Cox Linthicum.
She was a retired machinist for Lear Corporation.
She enjoyed crafting, gardening and going to yard sales.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Steve Conway Wilmer; a brother, David Linthicum; and a sister, Arlene Linthicum.
She is survived by a step daughter, Anne Adcock; two step sons, Steve Wilmer II and Patrick Wilmer; a sister, Wanda Beard; three brothers, Glenn Linthicum (Terry), Milton Linthicum and Tom Linthicum; three grandchildren, Joseph Hartl, Ryan Green, Taylor Wilmer; and a number of nieces and nephews.
In keeping with her wishes, her body has been cremated. No formal services are scheduled.
