Ruby Kathaleen Mason Hull, 68, of Buena Vista, died Wednesday, April 25, 2007 after a long illness.

She was born September 2, 1938, a daughter of the late Marion Mason and Muritta McDaniel Mason.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Marion Mason.

She is survived by two loving sons: David (Peanut) Mason and Greg Mason, Sr.; one very special grandson, Greg Mason, Jr.; one sister, Louise Humphries and husband, Charles of Buena Vista; two brothers: Calvin Mason and wife, Laney and Donnie Mason and wife, Marline, all of Buena Vista; two special nieces: Lynne Gomez of Massachusetts and Stephanie Oflarety of Staunton.

The family would like to express great appreciation to the Buena Vista Rescue Squad, Home Health and a special friend, Carol Harris.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 28, 2007 at the Bolling, Grose & Lotts Chapel with Rev. Dean Staton and Donald Thorne officiating. Burial followed in the Green Hill Cemetery. The family received friends on Friday, April 27, 2007 at the Bolling, Grose & Lotts Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Buena Vista, Virginia.
