Kester Coleman Clark, 73, of Buena Vista died Monday, June 25, 2007, at Roanoke Memorial Hospital.

Born January 3, 1934 in Collierstown, he was the son of the late Reece Coleman and Annie Virginia Bradds Clark.

He was retired from the Public Works Department of the City of Lexington.

Surviving is his wife, Dicie Lee Beverly Clark of Buena Vista; his son, Douglas Wilson Clark of Buena Vista; three grandchildren: Dakota Clark, Lacey McCullough, and Ariel Clark; his sisters, Juanita Hall of Fairfield, Louella Hostetter of Lexington, and Linda Mohler of Ruckersville; and his brothers, Paul Clark of Lexington and Reece Clark of Natural Bridge.

The funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, June 28, 2007, at the Lomax Funeral Home Chapel with Randolph Hare officiating. Burial will follow at Green Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday, 6 to 8 p.m. at the Lomax Funeral Home, Buena Vista, Virginia.
