Obituary for Johnny "Booster" Wheeler Johnny "Booster" Wheeler
Lexington Native Dies At Age 60

Johnny "Booster" Wheeler, 60, of Buena Vistat, died Wednesday, June 27, 2007.

Booster was born March 12, 1947 in Lexington, a son of the late Sam and Frances Wheeler.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, George Wheeler.

He is survived by his wife, Donna Wheeler; two sons and daughters-in-law: Mark and Mitzi and Matt and Angela; six sisters: Brenda Johnson, Wanda Coleman and husband, Barry; Dawn Moore and husband, Shawn; Nannie Johnson and husband, Tommy; Kaye Ramsey and husband, Sammy; and Laura Williams; grandchildren: Lucas, Adam, Jace, Eli; eight nieces and nephews; five great nieces and nephews; special cousins: Timmy Jennings, Pam Jennings, and Barry Staton.

Memorial serivces will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, June 30, 2007 at the Bolling, Grose & Lotts Funeral Chapel with Rev. Butch Grow officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Rockbridge Area Hospice, P. O. Box 948, Lexington, VA. 24450.

Arrangements are being handled by the Bolling, Grose & Lotts Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Buena Vista, Virginia.
