Sterling Edward Harlow, 49, of Chester, Virginia, died Sunday, July 22, 2007.

He was born December 28, 1957 in Lexington, a son of Goldie Mutispaugh Harlow and the late Lurtie Patton Harlow, Sr.

He was employed by Wesco as a Customer Service representative.

In addition to his mother of Lexington, he is survived by his wife, Karen E. Harlow, Chester; one daughter, Stephanie Katherine Harlow, Chester; one brother and sister-in-law, Lurtie "Pat" Harlow, Jr. and wife, Brenda, Lexington; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Daphne Vaughn and husband, Ronnie, and Cheryl Cooper, all of Lexington; five nephews and one niece.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, July 26, 2007 at the Harrison Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow in the Rockbridge Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, July 25, 2007 at the Harrison Funeral Home & Crematory, Lexington, Virginia.
