Joshua Lewis Miller, 15, of 74 Ingram's Hill Road, died Saturday morning, September 8, 2007, in Goshen, as the result of an automobile accident.

He was born July 13, 1992 in Lexington, the son of Maxie D. Miller and Lisa Ingram Miller.

Joshua was a home school student, currently in the 10th grade. He enjoyed hunting, playing basketball, riding 4-wheelers and spending time with his family and friends.

He is survived by his father, Maxie D. Miller of Goshen; his mother and stepfather, Lisa I. Butler and husband, Dustin, of Fairfield; two sisters, Laura A. Martin and Jessica L. Brizendine, both of Goshen; his paternal grandmother, Celia Miller of Goshen; his maternal grandmother, Donald Cleveland Ingram of Goshen; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Clarence Mitchell Miller and his maternal grandmother, Bessie Wagner.

A funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday, September 11, 2007 in Bells Valley United Methodist Church with the Rev. Harley Bender officiating. Interment will follow in the Ingram Family Cemetery, Goshen.

Pallbearers will be Malcolm Griffin, Dustin Butler, Michael Brizendine, James Martin, Preston Gladfelter, Rusty Ingram, Matthew Miller and Tom Ingram.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, September 10 at the funeral home.
