Bailey Marinello Johnson, 57, of New Cumberland, PA died Saturday, September 8, 2007 in the Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital.

Born September 18, 1949 in Lexington, Virginia, he was the son of the late Roy Lee and Alice Thomas Johnson.

He was a retired HVAC worker.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, William Johnson and infant sister, Shirley Johnson.

Surviving are his wife, Nancy Lynn Johnson of New Cumberland, PA; his children: Tim Johnson of Stafford, VA, Beth Keen of Lexington, VA, Bailey Marinello Johnson II, of Raphine, VA, Connie Hall of Richmond, VA, Charlene Bryant of Kerrs Creek, VA, and Rebecca Saloum of Reynoldsburg, OH; seven grandchildren; brothers: Walter Johnson and Eugene Johnson, both of Roanoke, VA; and a sister, Janet Greene of Buena Vista.

The funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, September 13, 2007 at the Lomax Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. William Dike officiating. Burial will follow in Green Hill Cemetery, Buena Vista, VA. The family will receive friends Wednesday, 7 to 9 p.m. at Lomax Funeral Home, Buena Vista, VA.
