JoAnn Baldwin Woodward, 75, of Fairfield, died Thursday, September 20, 2007 at her residence.

She was born November 27, 1931 in Bradford, PA, a daughter of the late George Baldwin and Genevive Cookson Baldwin.

she is survived by her husband, Bernard Woodward; five children: James Woodward, Gilmer, Texas; William Woodward, Wilmot, NH; Brett Woodward, Chicago, IL; Judy Woodward, Williamstown, NJ; and J. B. Woodward, Fairfield, VA; twelve grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at a later date at the New Providence Presbyterian Church with Rev. Christopher Crotwell officiating. Private interment will be made in the New Providence Presbyterian Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Rockbridge Area Hospice, 315 Myers St., Lexington, Va. 24450.
