Moses Richardson, 68, of Buena Vista died Friday, November 30, 2007, at Stonewall Jackson Hospital.
Born December 2, 1938 in Amherst County, he was the son of the late James Edward and Carrie Carter Richardson.
His wife, Vivian Martin Richardson preceded him in death.
Surviving is his stepdaughter, Madalene Martin Ward of Buena Vista; two brothers and five sisters; five step grandchildren and two step great grandchildren. Three brothers and two sisters preceded him in death.
The funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m. Monday, December 3, 2007, at the Lomax Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Leroy Carter and Sister Johnson. Burial will follow in Green Hill Cemetery. The family received friends Sunday, 3 to 5 p.m. at the funeral home.
