Olgie Parker McDaniel, 62, of Glasgow, passed away December 20, 2007.

She was born July 16, 1945, in Lexington, a daughter of the late Ariff Parker and Ruby Parker.

Mrs. McDaniel was retired from Lees Carpet and is survived by her husband, Roy W. McDaniel; two sons, Richard McDaniel, of Minnetonka, MN and Ronald McDaniel, of Roanoke, VA; two sisters, Betty Jo Cartwright, of Buena Vista, and Ann Camp of Ashland, VA; one grandchild, Benjamin Moore; eight nieces and seven nephews.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, December 22, 2007 at Bolling, Grose, and Lotts Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow at Broad Creek Cemetery. Rev. Roy Swisher will be officiating. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, December 21, 2007 at Bolling, Grose & Lotts Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Buena Vista, VA.
