Mildred Virginia Hostetter, 86, of Lexington, died Saturday, February 2, 2008.

She was born April 19, 1921 in Rockbridge County, a daughter of the late Samuel and Pearl Leech Armstong.

She is survived by a daughter, Nancy Jane Floyd, Lexington; two sons: Randolph Earl Hostetter, Lexington and Kenneth Lee Armstrong, Vesuvius; a sister, Frances Knick, Clifton Forge; five grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, February 6, 2008 at the Bible Church at Rockbridge with Rev. George Warden officiating. Burial will follow in the Ebenezer ARP Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Bible Church at Rockbridge, 3 West Whistle Creek, Lexington, VA. 24450.

The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. Tuesday, February 5, 2008 at the Harrison Funeral Home & Crematory, Lexington, Virginia.
