Elizabeth Hartless Ogden, 74, of Buena Vista, died Tuesday, April 1, 2008 in the Stonewall Jackson Hospital.

She was born March 13, 1934 in Buena Vista, a daughter of the late Marvin and Virginia Henson Hartless.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Danny Ogden and two brothers, Thomas and Joseph Hartless.

Surviving are her husband, Edward D. Ogden; three daughters: Shirley McKinney and husband, Jim, of Johnson City, Tennessee; Vickie Carter and husband, Mark; and Deborah Lynn and husband, Greg, all of Buena Vista; a son, Shane Ogden and wife, Shelly, of Piney Flats, Tennessee; eleven grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, April 4, 2008 at the Bolling, Grose & Lotts Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Butch Grow officiating. Burial will follow in the Green Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, April 3, 2008 at the Bolling, Grose & Lotts Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Buena Vista, Virginia.
