Cynthia Lynn Dwelle, age 54, of Lexington, died Saturday, June 21, 2008 at her home.

Born March 2, 1954 in Paducah, Kentucky, she was the daughter of Allen Underwood and the late Barbara Lockhart Underwood.

Mrs. Dwelle was a retired postal clerk with the United States Postal Service.

Surviving are her husband, Charles "Bud" Dwelle, Lexington; a daughter, Sarah Ann Espino of Florida; two stepdaughters: Sarah Bear of Pennsylvania and Amanda Dwelle of Florida; grandmother: Mary F. Scott of Kentucky; an aunt, Martha Simpson of Kentucky.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday, June 24, 2008 at the Harrison Funeral Chapel with the Rev. James B. Grimmer officiating.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to the Friends of John Hopkins Medicine, One Charles Center, 100 North Charles Street, Suite 331A, Baltimore, MD 21201-3805.

The family will receive friends 1 hour prior to the service on Tuesday at the Harrison Funeral Home & Crematory, Lexington, VA. 24450.
