Leonard Ray "Lenny" Duff Jr., 50, of Natural Bridge Station, died Friday, July 25, 2008 in the University of Virginia Hospital.

He was born June 24, 1958 in Rockbridge County.

Lenny was preceded in death by his stepfather, Houston Taylor.

He is survived by his parents, Violet Smith Taylor of Lexington and Leonard Ray and Doris Duff Sr., of Big Island.

In addition, he is survived by his fiancee, Cindy H. Blankenship of Natural Bridge Station; three children: Josh R. Duff of Troutville; R. W. Blankenship and Cami Blankenship of Natural Bridge Station; one grandchild: Lezley Lynn (monkey); six siblings: Freda Clark of Natural Bridge; Kay Rice of Lynchburg; Deborah Padgett of Lynchburg; Denise Wilkerson of Big Island; Ricky Kidd of Glasgow; and Danny Rice of Bedford; a close friend, Reginia Cupp of Natural Bridge Station; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, July 29, 2008 at 2 p.m. at the Harrison Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Terry Bostic officiating. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, July 28, 2008.
